Returns and exchanges
We want you to feel empowered in every Pritch piece. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is here to ensure your experience remains seamless. Explore our return policy, timelines and how to request an exchange — so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.
If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days from the day of receiving the order. Please bear in mind Personalised goods cannot be returned, as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.
Return Application process:
- Create a return request on your account page. Under order pages, navigate to the details of the order you want to return. If there's any eligible items for return you'll see a Return this order button at the bottom of the page.
- You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been authorised and a Return Label will be available under the order detail page.
- Package your item(s) securely in its original packaging, ensuring it remains in its intact condition.
- Print out the Return Label and attach onto the parcel.
- Schedule DHL courier pickup or drop off at your nearest DHL drop-off point.
- Once we receive your item(s) and make sure it meets our Return Policy, we will be able to proceed with the refund (3-5 working days).
Return Policy:
- The Item(s) must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered.
- The Item(s) must be in their original condition, If Its returned damaged, we cannot process the refund and will return the goods to you.
- If the item(s) you received is faulty/damaged, we will take full responsibility on return/exchange for you.
- Please be aware that shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
